The Oldest and Youngest!

I never really thought of it till I took this picture. This is Lexi the oldest of 10 grandchildren and McCrae the youngest of 10. It made me sad to think this is it, unless Racquel and Shani have a surprise up their sleeves. I am an only child and it has been so wonderful to be a part of Cody's family.

This is what I LOVE about my Nieces and Nephews:
LEXI: I love that she is growing up right before my eyes. She is s
o sweet (most of the time). She is the oldest of four and she is becoming a beautiful young lady. I know she will make us proud, I was over there yesterday and she was paying her tithing from her babysitting money and it made me feel so good that she is on the right path. Way to go Racquel and Lane!

Dalton: I remember when Dalton was born, Cody and I had just started dating in January and Dalton was born in March. Its hard to believe I have been around from the beginning of Dalton. Now Dalton is rare he is so tenderhearted he can be so sweet and helpful, always the first to stand and help. When he was little said he was going to be a heartbreaker. The statement still stands, he will achieve many things and I am proud to say he is my nephew.

Sydney: She is my fellow Capricorn (sorry Shani). Her birthday is four days after mine. She is alot like me in so many ways it is scary (again sorry Shani). She is the oldest of four, and helps her mom so much. I love how she always takes Shelby under her wing good or bad, and includes her. She is a great example of friendship. She is always so excited to see any of her cousins. I love that her and Rylee are so close.

Rylee: Now Rylee from the beginning we said will be Racquels challenge. Today I think the challenge is to get her to do her chores instead of playing. What I love abouut Rylee is that she is so caring. When Shelby had her first Tumbling meet Rylee was right there to encourage her. I think that helped Shelby so much. Thanks Ry!!!!

Stetson: When he was a baby he was so chunky and had the biggest eyes with the most beautiful eylashes you had ever seen. Now he is 8 and handsome and strong as ever. I mean tough. I love that he doesn't like spaghetti but loves lasagna! I love that he wears his baseball outfit every chance he gets(passion is a great asset).

Brant: Is all boy through and through and Racquels baby. He makes me giggle every time we eat with him. He is very stubborn and its hard to get him to try new things. I think the first two years of his life all he ate was yogurt. Racquel and Lane would be rich if they had stock in Yoplait. Then I remeber that Derrick is not far behind the food group is slim.

Sadie: Is like a ray of sunshine. She makes you smile. She is full of hugs rain or shine. The best one was when I was still recovering and they came to Shelby's meet in Spanish Fork and she gave me the biggest hug that hurt so bad but felt so good. I will take pain if it means getting a love. She is always so excited to see everyone.

McCrae: What can you say about the baby of the bunch. He is so fun right now. He loves Cody, what am I saying all kids love Cody family or not. The video of Cody running over the fence was a favorite of McCrae's, watch Cody again. He is very popuular, all the kids want to just pack him around, but he is getting to big and has come out of his shell. Every time we see him he has more and more to say. How sad to think he is the baby, but not anymore!

I just love my family so much, and I am so happy to know that FAMILIES ARE FOREVER!

Okay, so I really should've left a comment on this awesome post when you first put it on....I don't know why I didn't; but I absolutely love it! You hit the nail on the head with each of the kids and it is so fun to read your little tribute to each of them. Thank you for such sweet, heartfelt words--LOVE IT!!
